Browsing Data

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set several cookies to save your login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, while screen option cookies last for a year. Purpose of Processing: We use this data solely to allow the site to function and to monitor its proper operation. The data may be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

Data Provided Voluntarily by the User

Data that you voluntarily provide to request registration for a Webinar of interest. This includes personal data communicated when making purchase requests for Courses through the Site and necessary for invoicing the purchased product (e.g., your first and last name, country/region, VAT and/or tax code, address, phone number, and email address, any personal data entered in the order notes (e.g., special delivery notes), data related to the payment method).

Purpose of Processing: This personal data will be processed to process your order and manage the registration for the purchased Webinar, as well as for related fiscal, accounting, and legal obligations.

Legal Basis: The processing is based on the necessity to execute the pre-contractual phase preliminary to the conclusion of the contract.

Contact Data for Sending Promotions, Commercial Initiatives, and Newsletters: Only with your explicit consent, we may process your contact data (email) to send you updates on our services, information on products and offers from the Data Controller (e.g., contacting you for future Webinars).

Purpose of Processing: The processing is carried out for marketing purposes.

Legal Basis: The processing is based on your consent. You can change your mind and revoke your consent at any time by simply sending us an email at the following address: mkonar@vetmrsupport.com. The Data Controller does not profile users’ habits and consumption choices.

MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

Except for browsing data (regulated in more detail by the “Cookie Policy” section of the site), the provision of personal data is necessary to execute your registration request for the selected Webinars and to enable the Data Controller to proceed with invoicing the purchased product. Failure to provide this data may constitute a legitimate and justified reason for not executing the registration request and/or providing the related services. Depending on the circumstances, the mandatory or optional nature of the data provision will be indicated by a specific character (*) next to the mandatory information, i.e., the only data necessary for providing the services and purchasing products on the site. The provision of personal data collected through the site for marketing purposes is free, optional, and discretionary.
